The automatic round bottle labeling machine is a core piece of equipment in packaging automation designed for cylindrical bottles. Core Working Principle & Process

 
  • Automatic Bottle Sorting & Conveying: Bottles are equally spaced by bottle management and separation mechanisms, then fed to the labeling station via a conveyor belt. Top-pressing and bottle-holding devices prevent bottle shaking.
  • Label Peeling & Feeding: Rolled self-adhesive labels go through unwinding, tension control and guiding. At the peeling plate, the backing paper changes direction, allowing labels to be peeled off and delivered by labeling rollers with air-blow assistance.
  • Precise Labeling: Photoelectric and servo systems detect bottle positions, synchronously drive labeling and bottle rotation, ensuring labels are accurately applied to the bottle surface.
  • Label Pressing & Inspection: Elastic pressing belts and rollers smooth labels to avoid bubbles and wrinkles. Optional visual inspection is available to reject defective products with missing or skewed labels.
  • Post-Labeling Conveying: Labeled bottles are transferred to the next process (e.g., coding, cartoning).
