Paging Labeling Machine
A paging labeling machine is an automatic packaging equipment designed for flat sheet materials. Its core function is to accurately separate stacked sheets of paper, cards, plastic bags, unformed cartons and other items one by one, then automatically apply self-adhesive labels and complete inspection. It completely replaces manual labeling, greatly improving efficiency and labeling consistency.
Core Structure & Working Process
- Paging Mechanism: Mainstream types include friction type (tooth claw / friction belt) and vacuum suction type. The suction type is more suitable for lightweight, thin materials prone to electrostatic adhesion, and an anti-overlap sensor prevents multiple sheets from entering at the same time.
- Conveying & Labeling Mechanism: Conveyor belt + guide baffle ensure stable feeding. Labels are separated from the backing paper at the peeling plate; servo / stepper motors drive the labeling roller for precise application, while the backing paper is recycled synchronously.
- Control System (PLC + HMI): Allows setting of speed and labeling position. Sensors monitor material and label status in real time, realizing functions such as “no labeling without product” and “alarm for label shortage”.
- Inspection & Rejection: Photoelectric / visual inspection detects missing or skewed labels, and defective products are automatically rejected.
Standard Process:
Stack feeding → Single-sheet paging → Positioning detection → Labeling + rolling pressing → Quality inspection + rejection → Finished product collection.
It can be integrated with inkjet / coding printers to realize simultaneous labeling and variable data printing.
